Richard Gregorian LL.B (Hons)

Areas of Practice:

All issues relating to divorce, matrimonial and family law and separation, including ancillary financial relief and children matters including residence, contact and other disputes relating to children. He has specialist knowledge of international relocation (or "Leave to Remove") cases.
Background:

After many years as a partner practising commercial law in leading City firms, Richard's personal experience of the family justice system has led him to change practice areas and now practises as a divorce, matrimonial and family lawyer. His personal experience in the family justice system and his many years of advising on complex financial transactions not only gives him the skill set but also a high degree of empathy with his clients.

Psychological Support Services

Gavin Emerson is Director of Academic Studies of the prestigious Brief Strategic Therapy Foundation and has been a practitioner therapist for twenty years. He has been instrumental in developing the brief strategic therapeutic approaches employed at out clinics in Medico- Legal cases. He has a mental health background having been involved in both the writing and teaching of courses for mental health professionals. Gavin has developed professional training courses in the brief treatment of anxiety and trauma, that have subsequently been awarded post-graduate credits for psychiatrists, doctors and nurses.

Gavin has run clinics at Harley Street and Wimbledon, London. He specialises in anxiety management, the treatment of trauma and has considerable experience as an expert working on many Medico-Legal cases.
